Who Is Chrys Page anyway?
From New York to California, Chrys has crooned and entertained audiences throughout her adult life! Starting out in New York City, Chrys earned her degrees in Vocal Performance and Education (she holds a BM (Bachelor of Music) and a Masters of Music in Vocal Performance and Theory). She soon went on the road with big bands like Les and Larry Elgart, Sy Zentner, and the Tommy Dorsey orchestra with Frank Sinatra Jr..
She settled in Los Angeles with her husband and began singing in local hots-pots while she taught young hopefuls how to hone their craft. Moving at last to Corpus Christi, Chrys has enjoyed teaching others and still sings today! Her success and passion has made her a local treasure and her online presence makes her skill and craft available to the masses online who are just waiting for an opportunity to learn!
"I've been singing for a living since 1961, and while I still perform at a variety of venues throughout the year, I have spent most of the last 35 years teaching, coaching, and otherwise mentoring others on how to fulfill their dreams of being a singer. My students range in age from 12 - 80. The young students learn discipline and good habits for keeping their voices strong and powerful forever, and the older ones are rediscovering their dreams of youth by learning techniques that have revitalized their voices and their confidence!
